To celebrate World Food Safety Day, the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) has organized a conference on Food Safety Culture: From Theory to Practice.

The event will feature speakers from AESAN, regional authorities, and the Food Safety Authority of Ireland. It will also include contributions from food business operators and an expert in motivation and leadership.

The conference is aimed at both personnel from competent authorities and food business operators. Its goal is to create a space for discussion on Food Safety Culture, as well as to promote good practices that support both the effective implementation of this requirement by the sector and its verification by official controls
